Conditions for the organized and unorganized sport children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav

Title: Conditions for the organized and unorganized sport children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav Targets: The aim of this thesis is find out the relation of children aged 11-15 years in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav to sports activities and find out their satisfaction with the spatial and material conditions for the sport. Methods: To obtain the necessary data was used the method of quantitative empirical research using questionnaires. It was also used data analysis and semi-structured interviews. Quantitative data were processed by PC programs Microsoft Excel and Statistica. Results: The results of the survey revealed satisfaction of the respondents with the conditions for the organized and unorganized sport in the city. It was also found out what kinds of sports facilities and sports clubs are missed by the respondents in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav. Perception of danger/safety in Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav from the perspective of students and seniors Abstract The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what are the differences in the perception of fear among seniors and students living in the Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav. Emphasis is also on identifying the places that these groups regard as safe and dangerous, and the reasons that led to this perception. For achieving the objectives was carried out a survey among seniors and students in Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav. The results showed that some places are considered by respondents as more risky, or conversely safer, and that there is a difference between the selected groups. This bachelor thesis deals with a possibility of starting a discount retail store located in Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav. The theoretical part describes retail industry in the Czech Republic and also different types of retail stores and factors that affect them. Furthermore, the theoretical part also focuses on factors influencing consumer behavior in the Czech Republic. The practical section analyzes retail stores in Brandys nad Labem - Stara Boleslav. The thesis evaluates survey results with a focus on consumer buying behavior and preferred way of shopping in the area mentioned above.

Strategy for development of Brandýs n. Labem - Stará Boleslav municipality

This bachelor thesis concerns with strategic planning. Based on review of literature and extensive analyses of the case study, scenarios for its future development were defined. These scenarios are based on probable development of key factors and reaction of municipal decision-makers to them. They therefore represent possible futures of the area and are used to create a suitable development strategy by evaluating those scenarios. This thesis highlights the importance of long-term development planning of towns and villages. The results of scenarios indicate the importance of traffic infrastructure and big development potenciál of Labe river for the development of Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav municipality.
